M. RAYMOND GRENIER AND M. ANDREW LUI

Raymond Grenier, notary

Raymond Grenier studied at the University of Ottawa where he received a Licentiate in Laws (L.L.L.) in 1979, a Diplôme notarial (D.D.N.) in 1980, the same year he was admitted to the practice of notary public.

Notary Grenier practices mainly in the fields of commercial real estate, financing and acquisitions and as such is called upon to act on behalf of several major financial institutions.

Me Grenier is active within his professional order and has also been a member of the Québec Bar Association and the Chambre des notaires du Québec Joint Committee, being responsible for the revision of the English version of Book VI of the Civil Code of Québec.

Notary Grenier is also involved in his community, volunteering for various charitable organizations.

Andrew Lui

Andrew Lui was born in the Chinese city of Guangzhou (Canton) in 1951. From 1966 to 1968 he was an active member of the Chinese Cultural Revolution; having participated in the Reform he was exiled to a rehabilitation camp. Escaping by swimming to Hong Kong in 1970, he found his way to Toronto in 1972 and finally moved to Montreal where he now works and lives. In 1986, he created A VIUS et Associés; he founded the Galerie Han in Montreal in 1995 and has directed it ever since.

His academic training includes both art and economics.

LUI has been exhibiting his work since 1974, both in Canada and abroad. His works can be found in many private and public collections

As commissioner, he has produced several exhibitions: Michael Flomen, Serge Lemoyne, WANG Tiane, Leopold Plotek, Claude Tousignant, Dorothy Knowles, Mimmo Paladino etc.
