Ma-Nee Chacaby

Ma-Nee Chacaby, a lesbian Ojibwe-Cree elder, Two-Spirit and storyteller born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, uses art for her spiritual healing and that of her community.
 
In 2016, she published her first book A Two-Spirit Journey: The Autobiography of a Lesbian Ojibwa-Cree Elder, in which she relies on her experience of the world as Two-Spirit.
